ADHD assessment in Berkhamsted, Tring & Hertfordshire

Many adults reach a point in life where they begin to wonder if long-standing challenges with focus, organisation, mental fatigue or restlessness might be more than just “bad habits.” An ADHD assessment in Tring, Berkhamsted and Hertfordshire can offer clarity, validation, and direction—helping you make sense of your experiences and move forward with greater confidence.

As a clinical psychologist experienced in adult ADHD, I provide thorough, evidence-based assessments in a supportive and understanding environment. Choosing a qualified and reputable clinician ensures that your diagnosis is accurate, thoughtful, and grounded in current psychological science, giving you the best foundation for meaningful change and growth.
